Arrow Exterminators, Parent Company of Stark Exterminators, Celebrates Sales Excellence at Annual Pinnacle Club Trip

Arrow Exterminators, parent company of Stark Exterminators, recently held the company’s annual Pinnacle Club award trip in Orlando, Florida to recognize the company’s top producing Service Professionals and Inside Sales Specialists. This special achievement is earned by reaching goals set for sales and outstanding service efforts. The Pinnacle Club also recognizes members of Arrow’s management team who achieved their safety goals for their service centers for the past fiscal year.

An astounding 284 award recipients and their guests were invited to enjoy a weekend at the gorgeous Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes, and to attend the Pinnacle Club Awards Banquet. Out of the 284 recipients, 147 of the Pinnacle Club honorees also went Beyond the Call® to achieve elite Chairman’s Club status, an exclusive segment of the Pinnacle Club who achieve higher sales goals than their colleagues.

During the Pinnacle awards reception, hosted at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel on Friday night, the annual Pillar of Excellence Award was presented to three individuals. This award is given to those who display exceptional and high levels of outstanding performance in their position, whether it be an Inside Sales Specialist or Service Professional. The recipients of this award included Senior Inside Sales Specialist Sue Tinker, Service Manager JJ Cournoyer, and Service Professional Kenny Sunderman.
